Client Administration

Client details can be inputted to help agencies who manage multiple clients through their account.  They can be associated with Projects in order to ensure that content is siloed and only the appropriate content is shared with the appropriate client.

To add a Client

  1. Click on the Side Menu (top left)
  2. Click on Clients
  3. Click on Create New Client button (top right)
  4.  Add details
  5. Click on Save 

 

To add permissions to publish to social media sites

  1. Click on the Side Menu (top left)
  2. Click on Clients
  3. Choose client and Click on View (link on right) 
  4. Click on edit
  5. Enter details for granting permission and click Grant Access

Access to publish content directly to the YouTube, Facebook or Twitter account will now be possible
