To publish an asset to your website or social, or simply to share a link, first click on the asset that you want to publish.
- Look to the vertical icon panel at the left-hand side of the screen.
- Click the Publish To Platforms button — sixth button down.
- Switch the Public Enabled button to the On position.
- To share to your website, copy the embed code or the link and paste onto your website.
- To share to social platforms, click the Social tab. Type in a subject line and message. Select the social platforms you’d like to share to. Click Publish.
Note: you must have Administrator permissions to publish your content
