Changing metadata

All technical metadata is pulled directly from the file and cannot be altered.

Descriptive metadata can be changed except for the Original Name.  To edit your metadata, simply:

1. Click on the asset
2. Click on the “i” icon on the left hand navigation bar
3. Click on the edit icon
4. Change the metadata
5. Save

If you want to add new metadata:

1. Click on the asset
2. Click on the “i” icon on the left hand navigation bar
3. Click on “Custom”

1. Click “Add Custom Metadata” button
2. Add metadata fields and values
3. Click the green “Create” button
