The Overcast UI is designed to adapt for different industries. The database is built to allow individual terms to be substituted for the default terms. For example, for Police forces “Assets” become “Evidence” and “Projects” become “Cases”.
Admins can change the account look and feel by changing the logos and homepage.
Personalised UIs
There are a number of personalised UIs throughout the platform that are tailored to the individual user. For example, when on the homepage there is a box above the projects that’s titled “recently Viewed” as it remembers the 5 most recently viewed projects.
